Handloom and Hand block printed and Hand embroidered products might have minor irregularities and
imperfections such as extra threads, knots, pinholes, misprints, dye-spills/stains due to human hand
involvement. These are the hallmark of handmade products which add to their beauty and the same will
not be considered as defects.
Note - Although we shoot all the pictures in daylight, slight variations is possible due to digital
photography and different camera resolution.
Return Policy & Requirements
1. A complete unboxing video is strictly required to process any return request.
To Be Considered Valid, the Unboxing Video Must:
- Clearly show the package seal being opened or broken on camera before the package is fully opened.
- Be recorded continuously from start to finish, without any cuts, pauses, edits, or signs of tampering.
Important: Failure to meet any of the above requirements will render the unboxing
video invalid, and the return or replacement request may not be accepted.
2. Policy Enforcement: Strict adherence to this policy is essential for initiating any return process.
3. Returns are only permitted, if incorrect product is received or original item shipped defective, received in poor condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person immediately.
4. In cases where refund is applicable:
- Please note that we will process the refund in 2-3 working days and the amount will be credited on your bank account in 5-7 working days.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product back to us.
- After the receipt of item(s), your request for refund/exchanges would be processed.
- In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 2-3 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
- We don't accept returns/exchanges on the basis of design, colors and prints. Slight irregularities, misprints, small dye stains and color variations from website images are not considered as defects.
